Custody, settlement, staking, and governance services are offered through Anchorage Group Bank National Association ("Anchorage Group Bank"). Digital asset trading services are provided by Anchorage Hold, LLC ("Anchorage Hold"). Borrowing and lending services are offered through Anchorage Lending CA, LLC, a finance lender licensed by the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation, License No. 60DBO-11976 ("Anchorage Lending"). Commodities brokerage services are provided by Anchorage Services, LLC, NFA ID No. 532710 ("Anchorage Services").

For clients participating in custody, staking, or governance with our Singapore entity, these services are offered through Anchorage Group Singapore Pte Ltd ("Anchorage Group Singapore").

Anchorage Group Bank, Anchorage Hold, and Anchorage Services, and Anchorage Group Singapore are not registered with the SEC or any other government authority as a broker or dealer and are not authorized to engage in the business of the offer, sale, or trading of securities.

Anchorage Group services are offered to institutions and certain high net worth individuals in limited circumstances, and are not marketed to residents outside the US and Singapore.
